Your donation to DARA helps us continue our mission of aiding refugees in our community.

About donating to DARA

DARA’s fundraising efforts support refugee families. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and 100% volunteer-run. Your monetary donation helps DARA cover refugee family expenses for the first year of resettlement, and DARA's small operating costs.

DARA'S HEALTH & INCLUSIVITY POLICY

The health and safety of DARA's volunteers, clients, and community is our highest priority. All volunteers who interact with our refugee family clients are required to practice hygiene to maintain a healthy environment. Any volunteer who feels ill for any reason should immediately notify their team leader and avoid in-person volunteer duties until cleared to return.

DARA is committed to providing an environment that is safe, friendly, nondiscriminatory, and inclusive.

DARA welcomes and values everyone regardless of ability, beliefs, culture, economic resources, ethnicity, gender identity, or race.
